Join our Shaping Excellence team, for a taster session showcasing our practical and engaging employment law training.

We will be taking three topics which we will be covering in our highly popular Employment Law Essentials for HR Professionals course:

 - Probation performance management: avoiding unfair process at an early stage

- Third party harassment: what employers need to do now

 - Fire and re-hire/ fire and re-place: Understanding the latest legal position.

These topics will all resonate with HR teams up and down the country, as they are all areas which have been or will be impacted greatly by the Employment Rights Act 2025. These will be highly interactive sessions, showcasing the case studies, group discussions and legal insight which are a part of every Shaping Excellence course.

Attendees of any of the taster sessions will be offered a discount when purchasing a space on our Employment Law Essentials for HR Professionals Course beginning in November 2026.
